I'm Umar. Ten years in marketing, and the part I keep coming back to is the bit where something is genuinely stuck — and someone has to sit down and figure out why.

I think of it as productive lock-in: I can't half-focus on a problem, but if it's the right one, I stay on it until it's solved. That's why I work boutique — I only take projects I know I can solve, because that's where I'm actually useful.

Day-to-day I build AI workflows inside marketing and sales functions — prospecting, outreach, copywriting, knowledge systems, inquiry automation, SEO, and paid media analysis. The functional experience is what makes it work; I'm not guessing at what a growth team needs, I've sat in the seat across SaaS, FinTech, Payments, Real estate, and Sports marketing.
